Project Management Office design, implementation and operation
The project consisted of the design, implementation and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO), for the execution of ELECTRICARIBE S.A E.S.P.’s investment plan, follow-up of CONPES projects, design of some planning elements related to project management, as well as the execution of the audit plan for field work, and in the technical area: physical progress, risks, procedures and licenses, change control, quality, scope, regulation, scenario analysis.
