Elaborate the Energy Transition Plan for Iquitos and its direct area of influence with a view to ensuring access, reliability, affordability and carbon neutrality of energy consumption in this city by 2050 with intermediate goals in 2030 and 2040, through renewable sources, storage, digitalization, public participation, gender and corporate strengthening and institutional adaptation.
